The Channel Control Centre
| The Channel Control Centre is only available in systems created after April 2026. If your system was created before this point, then it contains the Sales Channels » Accounts menu instead. |
The Channel Control Centre is a centralised interface for managing your sales channels. In this interface you can set up your sales channels, create listings and manage your mappings in one central location. The Channel Control Centre is in active development, and more sales channels will be added to it over time.
1. The navigation bar
The Channel Control Centre features a navigation bar at the left-hand border of the interface. This navigation bar allows you to quickly switch between your sales channels and their submenus.
Any sales channels you opened during your current browser session will appear in the navigation bar. You can manually remove any sales channel from the navigation bar by clicking on the close symbol next to it.
You can also directly add a sales channel from the navigation bar.
2. The overview
When you access the Channel Control Centre by navigating to Sales Channels » Channel Control Center, the overview opens. In this overview all sales channels you have added to your system via the Channel Control Centre are displayed as tiles. You can add sales channels here or open a sales channel to set up and manage it further. You can navigate back to the overview at any time by clicking on Overview in the navigation bar.
Every tile in the overview features a three-dot-menu that contains additional options for that sales channel:
-
list Listings: This submenu allows you to jump to the listing overviews of the sales channel.
-
settings Settings: The menu accessed by clicking on this option allows you to modify the settings you chose when creating the sales channel.
-
delete Delete account: This option deletes the sales channel and any accounts associated with it from the overview. This action cannot be undone.
Note: In some cases you may need to delete the accounts associated with the sales channel in the Setup » Accounts menu first before you can delete the sales channel. More information on this can be found in the manual pages of the sales channels this applies to.
3. Adding a sales channel
Here is how you add a Sales Channel to the overview:
-
Click on add Add sales channel in the navigation bar:
OR: Click on add Add sales channel in the overview.
→ The Add sales channel menu is opened. -
Enter a name for the sales channel.
-
If prompted to, select a Client for the sales channel.
-
Click Add [sales channel].
→ The sales channel is added to the overview as a tile.
| A sales channel that was just added to the overview is not immediately ready to use! Every sales channel needs to be set up first before it can be used to exchange data with its respective marketplace. |
4. Setting up and managing sales channels
Every sales channel has its own particularities, which is why the setup process for each sales channel works differently. The manual contains a detailed guide for setting up each sales channel in the Channel Control Centre. The following sales channels are currently available in this overview:
