Traffic usage

The data volume and allowed traffic provided to you depends on your PlentyONE edition. You will be billed separately if you exceed the amount of memory available to you. This is why you can track the cloud usage of your PlentyONE system uses at any time.

This page explains the calculation types, dimensions and filters available to you for the key figure The traffic usage. This page is for reference purposes only and assumes that you already have basic knowledge about the plentyBI tool.

Using the default key figure configuration

The key figure configuration Traffic usage is a so-called default key figure configuration. This means that it is already set up in your PlentyONE system with some preparatory settings. Thus, you don’t necessarily have to create an additional key figure configuration. Go to Setup » plentyBI » Key figure configurations and click on the key figure configuration*Traffic usage* that has been created by plentymarkets.

1. plentyBI edition

This key figure is free of charge. So you can use the key figure without having to book a plentyBI edition first.

However, note that other functions and key figures cost money in the plentyBI tool.

Simply choose the right plentyBI edition with the help of the PlentyONE configurator.

2. Dimension

2.1. Creation date

The traffic usage is displayed grouped by creation date. This means that usage data is grouped by the date on which the usage was caused.

3. Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down the data calculated by the key figure. The following chapters contain an overview of all available filters.

Important: Different filters are available depending on the dimension you have selected for the key figure.

3.1. Creation date

Use this filter to group traffic usage by the date or period of time in which the usage was caused.

Select one of the following comparison operators and then select the desired date or time period on the right.
