Shipping/Fulfillment

This manual page contains information on the export format Shipping/Fulfillment, which you can use to export shipping data from your PlentyONE system using catalogs. If you are not yet familiar with how the catalogues work, please first refer to the manual page Using standard formats. It describes how to create and manage catalogues.

1. Export type: Shipping/Fulfillment

The export type described on this page can be found in the menu Data » Catalogues. When creating a new catalogue, first select the standard format from the top drop-down list. Then you can select the export type Shipping/Fulfillment from the middle drop-down list.
If you want to create your own format, select New custom format under Category. If you do not want to create an individual format, select Base format.

No export to marketplaces

The export format Shipping/Fulfillment is a so-called standard format, which you can use to export data from your system, but not to transfer data to a marketplace.

1.1. Available actions for the export type Shipping/Fulfillment

In the Actions section of the basic settings, you can select actions that should be carried out after the export. The following table lists the available actions.

Action	Explanation
Change order status	Select whether a status change should be carried out after the export. If so, select the status to which the order should be changed.
Add order tag	Select whether a tag should be added to the order after the export. If so, select the tag from the drop-down list.
Remove order tag	Select whether one or all tags should be removed or whether they should not be removed.

1.2. Relevant data fields

In the following table you will find the available shipping-specific data fields of the export format Shipping/Fulfillment as well as an explanation of the meaning of these fields.

Order » Number of packages	Specifies the number of packages in the order.
Order item » TARIC code	Specifies a customs number per order item.
Order item » Origin country	Specifies the country of origin per order item.
Delivery address	Specifies the address and recipient data.
Order warehouse	Specifies name, address and contact details.
Shipping service provider	Specifies name, backend name, ID and shipping service provider ID.
Shipping profile	Specifies the name, backend name and priority of the shipping profile.
Shipping package	Specifies package ID, package and return package number, packing unit type, item weight, total weight, weight adjustments, volume and tracking URL.
Shipping package » Shipping package type	Specifies name, width, height, length, unit, individual weight, maximum weight, maximum volume und volume type.
