Contacts

This page explains the dimensions and filters available to you for the key figure Contacts. This page is for reference purposes only and assumes that you already have basic knowledge about the plentyBI tool.

PlentyONE calculates the key figure Contacts based on the dimensions Creation date and Country. In addition, select filters to specify the criteria for filtering the contacts.

1. plentyBI edition

How many and which key figures and corresponding dimensions you can create depends on the edition you have booked.

New customers: Choose the appropriate plentyBI edition while you order plentysystems.
Existing customers: Choose the appropriate plentyBI edition in the "My account" area.

2. Calculation

This key figure is calculated on the basis of Contacts.

3. Dimension

3.1. Creation date

The key figure Contacts is displayed grouped by creation date. This means that the date on which the contacts were created is considered in the calculation.

3.2. Country

The key figure Contacts is displayed grouped by country. This means that the country included in the invoice address of the first order placed by the contacts is considered in the calculation.

4. Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down the data calculated by the key figure. The following chapters contain an overview of all available filters.

Important: Different filters are available depending on the dimension you have selected for the key figure.

4.1. Duration since contact creation

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by the duration since the contact was created.

4.2. Owner of the contact

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several owners of the contacts. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired owners ().

4.3. Created at

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by the creation date of the contacts. Select a comparison operator on the left. Then determine the desired date or time period on the right.

4.4. Referrer

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several referrers of the contacts. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired referrers ().

4.5. Country

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several countries of the contacts. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired countries ().

4.6. Language

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several languages of the contacts. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired language ().
