Stock Dashboard

The Stock Dashboard provides real-time visibility into your inventory levels and recent reorder activities. It also offers intelligent reorder recommendations based on historical sales data, enabling proactive stock management.

1. Key Statistics

The Stock Dashboard presents a concise summary of your inventory status at a glance.

Total Stock Value

The cumulative value of all items currently in stock.

Total Items in Stock

The total number of unique items in the inventory.

Out of Stock Items

The number of items that have zero or negative stock.

Total At Risk Items

The number of items projected to be sold out within the next 30 days.

Total Overstocked Items

The number of items expected to remain in stock for more than 90 days.

1.1. Viewing detailed statistics by warehouse

For Total Stock Value, Total Items in Stock, and Out of Stock Items, you can expand each metric to view detailed information by warehouse. This allows you to see the distribution of stock across your warehouse locations.

2. Stock Overview

The Stock Overview section highlights items that require immediate attention, helping you prioritize your inventory management tasks.

2.1. At Risk Items

The dashboard displays up to 25 items that are projected to be sold out within the next 30 days, based on sales trends. These items should be prioritized for reordering to prevent stockouts.

2.2. Overstocked Items

The dashboard also shows up to 25 items that are expected to remain in stock for more than 90 days, according to sales history. These items may indicate overstocking and could benefit from promotional activities or reduced reorder quantities.

3. Reorder List

The Reorder List section displays the 25 most recent reorder transactions, including:

  • Item name

  • Reordered Quantity

  • Estimated delivery dates

This section allows for efficient tracking of replenishment activities and helps you monitor the status of your reorders.

4. Stock Details

The Stock Details view provides a comprehensive list of all inventory items along with key stock metrics. This view enables detailed analysis and management of your inventory.

Metric Explanation

Net Stock

Quantity available for sale.

Sales Velocity

Average daily sales over the past 30 days.

Days of Stock Left

Estimated number of days remaining before stock depletion, based on sales velocity.

Suggested Reorder Quantity

Recommended reorder amount, calculated from recent sales trends.

Reorder Level

The reordered quantity for that item with an open reorder.

4.1. Filtering and sorting

You can filter the list by:

  • Item name

  • Warehouse

Additionally, you can:

  • Sort by any column

  • Choose to display or hide items with no recent sales activity

This flexibility allows you to focus on the inventory data that is most relevant to your needs.
