Warehouses

This manual page contains information on the export format Warehouses, which you can use in order to export warehouse data from your system by using catalogues. If you are not familiar with the usage of catalogues yet, refer to the manual page Catalogues: standard formats first. There you will find out how to create and manage catalogues.

No export to marketplaces

The export format Warehouses is a so-called standard format, which you can use to export data, but not to transfer data to a marketplace.

Format type: Warehouses

The format type described on this page is found in the menu Data & Plugins » Catalogues. When creating a new catalogue, you’ll select the standard format from the upper drop-down list. Then you can select the format type Warehouses from the middle drop-down list.

1. Available data sources

The following table lists all available data sources of the export format Warehouses as well as an explanation on the meaning of these fields.

1.1. Warehouse

Data source Explanation

Warehouse ID

The ID of the warehouse.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Warehouse ID.

Warehouse name

The name of the warehouse.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Warehouse name.

Warehouse Keeper Name

The name of the warehouse keeper.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Warehouse keeper name.

Warehouse type ID

The ID of the warehouse type. The IDs correspond to the warehouse types as follows:

On stock availability

The availability of the variations with stock.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Availability with stock.

Out of stock availability

The availability of the variations without stock.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Availability without stock.

Split by shipping profile

Returns whether the option Split up according to shipping profile is activated:

Repair warehouse ID

The ID of the repair warehouse.

Note: In the export file, if the value 0 is entered for a warehouse, then no repair warehouse has been assigned to this warehouse.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Settings » Field: Warehouse assigned for repairs.

Inventory mode is active

Returns whether the Stocktaking mode is active for the warehouse:

Logistics type

The logistics type of the warehouse. The following values correspond to each logistics type:

The timestamp of the last change to the warehouse’s data.

The timestamp of the warehouse’s creation.

1.2. Dimension

Data source Explanation

Level

The level of the Dimension.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Dimensions » Area: Warehouse layout » Column: Level.

Name of parent dimension

The name of the parent dimension.

Dimension prefix

The prefix of the dimension.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Dimensions » Area: Warehouse layout » Column: Prefix.

Separator

The separator of the dimension.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Dimensions » Area: Warehouse layout » Column: Separator.

Display in name

Indicates whether the dimension is included in the storage location name:

Indicates whether the dimension is included in the pick path:

1.3. Storage location

Data source Explanation

Storage location ID

The ID of the storage location.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: ID.

Storage location name

The name of the storage location (without the full path).

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: Storage location.

Example: If the full name of the storage location is H2:R1:SL4, then the name returned by this data source is SL4.

Note: If you want to export the full name of the storage location, then use the data source Full storage location name instead.

Purpose

The purpose of the storage location.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: Purpose.

Status

The status of the storage location.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: Status.

Position

The position of the storage location.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: Position.

Full storage location name

The full name of the storage location (including the path).

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Column: Storage location.

Note:: If you want to export the name of the storage location without the path, then use the data source Storage location instead.

Storage location type

The type of the storage location.

Note: You select the type of a storage location when you generate it.

Availability

The availability of the storage location:

0

The storage location is unavailable.

1

The storage location is available.

Last finished inventory date

The date when the last inventory of the storage location was carried out.

1.4. Level

Data source Explanation

Level ID

ID of the level, i.e. the smallest dimension of the storage location.

Example: If the full name of the storage location is H2:R1:SL4, then the level is R1. This data source returns the ID of that level, for example "4762".

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » Adjust structure » [Open level] » Field: ID.

Parent level ID

The ID of the parent level.

Level position

The position of the level, i.e. the position of the smallest dimension of the storage location.

Example: If the full name of the storage location is H2:R1:SL4, then the level is R1. This data source returns the position of that level, for example "3".

Level name

The name of the level, i.e. the name of the smallest dimension of the storage location.

Example: If the full name of the storage location is H2:R1:SL4, then the level is R1. In this case this data source returns the value "R1".

Level path name

The name of the level path, i.e. the name of the path of the smallest dimension of the storage location.

Example: If the full name of the storage location is H2:R1:SL4, then the level is R1. In this case this data source returns the path "H2:R1:"

1.5. Properties

Data source Explanation

Selection value name

Returns the name of the selection value of the specified property that is linked to the storage location.
If no selection value of the property is linked to the storage location, then this data source does not return a value.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » [Open storage location] » Drop-down list: Value.

Selection value ID

Returns the ID of the selection value of the specified property that is linked to the storage location.
If no selection value of the property is linked to the storage location, then this data source does not return a value.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » [Open storage location] » Drop-down list: Value.

Property name

Returns the name of the specified property in the specified language if it is linked to the storage location.
If the property is not linked to the storage location, then this data source does not return a value.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » [Open storage location] » Drop-down list: Property.

Property ID

Returns the ID of the specified property if it is linked to the storage location.
If the property is not linked to the storage location, then this data source does not return a value.

Corresponds to the option in the menu: Setup » Stock » Warehouse » [Open warehouse] » Storage locations » [Open storage location] » Drop-down list: Property.

2. Adding filters

In order to only export specific warehouse data, you can select filters and thus narrow down the data. How to add filters is described in this chapter.

2.1. Available filters

The following table lists all available filters for the export format Warehouses and gives an explanation on the usage of the respective filter.

Filter Explanation

Warehouses

Limits the export to the selected warehouses. Select one or several warehouses from the drop-down list.

Dimension level

Limits the export to data from a specific warehouse level. If you select a level, e.g. level 3, only the dimensions of this level will be exported.
In a warehouse with the structure Storage building > Rack > Shelf > Box > Storage location, all shelves would be exported, as they make level 3.
Tip: Click on Preview in order to check which data has been selected for the export.

Level path name starting with

Limits the export to the data that exist underneath a specific dimension. If the level path name is for example Storage building 1 - Rack 4 - Shelf 3 > Box 8 and you want to export everything underneath Box 8 of this specific dimension, enter SB1-R4-S3-B8 into the filter’s input field.

Warehouse data only

Limits the export to the warehouse data, such as the warehouse ID and the warehouse name. By using this filter, the data of all your warehouses is exported by default. In case you only want to export the data of specific warehouses, additionally select the Warehouses filter.
