Elastic Export
There are many reasons to export data from your PlentyONE system. For example, you might want to:

transmit your item and variation data to marketplaces.

export a CSV file containing product data, warehouse data, order data etc. Afterwards, you can revise the file and import it again.
The elastic export is a good tool for doing so. It is a free plugin, which you can download from plentyMarketplace and add to your system.
How you proceed depends on what you want to achieve:

Download the necessary plugins:

So-called data format plugins for your chosen marketplaces

Provision these plugins in the plugin set of your default client.

Configure the elastic export. While doing so, choose the data format for the corresponding marketplace.

Transmit the CSV file to the marketplace.

Provision these plugins in the plugin set of your default client.

Create so-called data formats with help from the FormatDesigner.

Configure the elastic export. While doing so, choose the data format that you just created.

Export the CSV file, modify it and re-import it into PlentyONE.

Advantages and disadvantages of the elastic export

Advantage: Can be used with many different marketplaces.

Disadvantage: Older technology, which is gradually being replaced by the catalogue.
