Marketplace variation validation

The key figure Marketplace variation validation allows you to check if the variation data of a catalogue complies to important rules of specific markets.

You can currently validate if the variations complies to important rules of the following markets:

During the validation, all mandatory fields are checked that are not specific to any product type.

This page explains the calculation types, dimensions and filters available to you for the key figure Marketplace variation validation. This page is for reference purposes only and assumes that you already have basic knowledge about the plentyBI tool.

1. plentyBI edition

How many and which key figures and corresponding dimensions you can create depends on the edition you have booked.

New customers: Choose the appropriate plentyBI edition while you order plentysystems.

2.1. Quantity

Marketplace variation validation is calculated on the basis of the quantity. As such, the stock information is used for the calculation.

3.1. Creation date

Marketplace variation validation is displayed grouped by creation date. As such, this data is grouped according to the date and time that the validation was performed.

4. Filter

4.1. Created at

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by the creation date the validation. Select a comparison operator on the left. Then determine the desired date or time period on the right.

4.2. Identifier value

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or more identifier values. The identifier value is the value of the identifier type that identifies the record. For example, if the identifier type is ASIN, you can use the filter Identifier value to filter for one or more ASIN of a variation. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired identifier value ().

4.3. Key field

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or more PlentyONE data fields. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired key fields ().

4.4. Referrer

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several referrers the validation. Select a comparison operator on the left and then the desired referrers ().

4.5. Variation ID

Filters the selected key figure and dimension additionally by one or several variation IDs. Select a comparison operator on the left and enter the desired variation IDs into the text field separated by comma.
