PlentyONE status

On the PlentyONE status page you can check on the system status and look into past incidents. The page is updated every 60 seconds.

The status are separated in the categories Management Interface, Shops, Marketplaces, API Requests and External Providers. Every status is displayed in a traffic loght system. The colours have the following meaning:

Green: This category works as intended. No incidents.
Orange: This category had a minor incident that affects the functionality and/or connection.
Red: This category had a major incident that affects the functionality and/or connection.

If there is a minor or major incident in a category you will be informed via pop-up in the system. You can always access the status page via the side navigation, by clicking System status. Besides that, you can also subscribe to the system status.

Minor and major incidents affect the backend and/or login.

Shops

Minor and major incidents affects the functionality of the shop.

Marketplaces

Minor and major incidents affects the connectivity of one or more marketplaces or the marketplace itself.

API Requests

Minor and major incidents affect the data exchange of APIs and/or API access.

External Providers

Minor and major incidents affect the connectivity and functionality of third-party services.

2. Subscribing the PlentyONE status

PlentyONE Status informs you via email, if there minor or major incidents. In case of an incident, you will also be informed about the time when the behaviour is expected to be solved.

Proceed as follows to subscribe the PlentyONE status:

  1. Open the PlentyONE status page.

  2. Click on Subscribe to updates.

  3. Enter an email address.

  4. Select the topics you want to be notified for.

  5. Check the Captcha.

  6. Click on Subscribe.

The next time an incident occurs, you will be notified for the selected incident.
