The Orders & Fulfillment menu

In this section, you’ll find all the information you need about order processing: from an overview of all orders to multi-orders, subscriptions and payments, right through to the shipping centre. Depending on your sales strategy and the sales channels you use, orders from various referrers will flow into your PlentyONE system once the channels have been set up successfully. In addition to your own shop, these primarily include the different sales channels and price search engines.

After an order is received, all orders are collected in the All Orders menu and displayed in a consistent format, making working with orders straightforward. Each order is assigned a unique order ID.

The Orders & Fulfillment » All Orders menu is structured as follows:

  • Header: Here you can change the menu view and add new orders. You can also see the Order total sum as well as the Unpaid amount of all orders here.

  • Toolbar: Here you can search for orders, add orders, configure the order overview and navigate through the pages containing the orders.
    If you select several orders (check_box), you can also use the group functions.

  • Main window: Here you can see whichever section is currently open.

    • Overview: When you start a search, you’ll see the results in an overview. The overview provides information about the orders found at a glance.
