Sales dashboard

The Sales dashboard offers you all necessary key figures of your sales channels in one place. It consists of Header, Overview, Graph and Sales insights.

1. Header

In the header you filter for one or more sales channels you for which you want to display key figures. Besides that the header shows when the Sales dashboard was last updated.

Proceed as follows to select sales channels:

  1. Click on tune.

  2. Select the sales channels for which you want to display key figures.

  3. Click on tune.

In all sections key figures will be displayed for the selected sales channels.

2. Overview

The overview is separated into tiles that display the key for specific time periods. See Table 1 for more information.

Key figure Explanation

Gross revenue

Total gross revenue of all selected sales channels in a specific time period. On the left is a chip that compares the total gross sales of a specific time period with the total gross sales of the preceding time period.

Following time periods will be compared:

- today to yesterday
- yesterday to two day ago
- this month to the last month
- last month to two months ago
- two months ago to three months ago
- this quarter to the last quarter
- last quarter to two quarters ago
- two quarters ago to three quarters ago
- custom time period to the same time period from last month

Orders

Orders of all selected sales channels in a specific time period.

Returns

Returns of all selected sales channels in a specific time period.

Items sold

Items sold of all selected sales channels in a specific time period.

GMV

GMV of all items of all selected sales channels in a specific time period.

2.1. Breaking down key figures

Obtain a more detailed breakdown of your key figures by opening the expansion panel associated to the tile. Open the expansion panel by clicking on a key figure value in the tile. Selected sales channels and corresponding key figures are displayed. This way, you see at once on which sales channel which values are going up or down. See Table 2 for all time periods that are compared with one another.

3. Graph

The graphic displays key figures broken down into charts for the selected sales channels in a period of twelve months. The different sales channels are separated by differing colouring. Key figures shown in the graphic are GMV, return rate, sold items, gross revenue. Switch between the key figures by clicking SOLD ITEMS and select the key figure you want to display.

4. Sales insights

In the sales insights section you find all information about sold items on selected sales channels in a specific time period.

Item image

Image of the variation.

Item name

Name of the item.

Variation ID

Automatically determined ID of the variation.

Gross profit

Gross profit of the item sold on one or more sales channels in a specific time period. You are able to sort items by

Sales price

Price the item was sold for on the sales channel.

Purchase price

Price you bought the item for.

Sold items

Indicates how many units of the item were sold on selected sales channels in a specific time period.

Stock

Item quantity that is available in the warehouse
