Searching for subscriptions
The subscription search allows you to list all subscriptions or to find specific subscriptions. When you open the menu, a search is automatically carried out, displaying a list of all subscriptions in the overview.
1. Searching for subscriptions
Use one of the following methods to refine your search or find specific subscriptions.
Searching for subscriptions:

Go to Orders » Subscription.

Option 1: The system automatically performs a search and displays the results.

Option 2: Enter a number or keyword into the search field and select one of the automatic suggestions to view matching results.

Option 3: Click on tune to narrow down the search results using filters.

2. Selecting filters
In the editing mode () of the subscription overview under Settings » Filter, you can decide which filters should be visible for the search.
Adjusting the layout of filters
In the setting Filter arrangement in the editing mode, select the number of filter columns to be shown in the search. |
Setting | Explanation |

Subscription ID |
Enter one or more subscription IDs to filter for subscriptions with this ID. Note that in case you enter several IDs, they need to be separated with a comma. |
Order status |
Select a status from the drop-down list to filter for subscriptions with this status. |
Owner |
Select an owner from the drop-down list to filter for subscriptions assigned to this owner. |
Payment method |
Select one or more payment methods from the drop-down list to filter for subscriptions with this payment method. |
Contact ID |
Enter oner or more contact IDs to filter for subscriptions with this ID. Note that in case you enter several IDs, they need to be separated with a comma. |
Variation ID |
Enter one or more order variation IDs to filter for subscriptions with this variation ID. |
Tag |
Select a tag from the drop-down list to filter for subscriptions with this tag. It is possible to select multiple tags. |
Client (store) |
Select a client (store) to filter for subscriptions assigned to this client. |
Start date |
Enter a date or select a date from the calendar (today) to filter for subscriptions that started on this date. |
Start date |
Enter a date or select a date from the calendar (today) to filter for subscriptions that stopped on this date. |
Interval value & Interval type |
Enter a number in Interval value and select a time unit (e.g., day, month) in Interval type to filter for subscriptions with these values. |
No initial run yet |
Activate this option if you are searching for subscriptions for which no run, neither manual or automatic, has been executed yet. When you select this option, the date picker is disabled because a date limitation is not needed for this search filter and there is no possibility to combine these search filters. |
First run |
Enter a date or select a date from the calendar (today) to filter for subscriptions that were executed for the first time on this date. |
Last run |
Enter a date or select a date from the calendar (today) to filter for subscriptions that were last executed on this date. |
Last status change |
Select a date for the last status change to search for subscriptions whose status was last changed on this date. Note: This filter only applies to subscriptions with a status change since August 2024. |
2.1. Using operators
Operators allow you to determine the behaviour of filters in more detail and further limit the search results. Table 2 contains all available operators as well as explanations on their functions.

3. Saving the current filter
When you start a search, your selected filters are displayed at the top as chips. You can save these filters to apply them again more quickly and easily in the future.
Saving the current filter:

Start a search.

Click on Saved filters (bookmarks).

Click on bookmark_border Save current filter.

Enter a name for the filter.

Decide whether

this filter should be determined as the default filter (toggle_on)

this filter should be created for all users (toggle_on).

Click on SAVE.
→ The filter now appears under Saved filters (bookmarks).
Determining the order of filters and removing filters
Use drag-and-drop to arrange the filters in a specific order by clicking on Move (drag_indicator). Click on delete to delete a filter. |
4. Applying saved filters
Proceed as follows to apply an already saved filter for the search.
Applying saved filters:

Click on Saved filters (bookmarks).

Click on a filter that you have already created.
→ The search results appear and the filter settings are displayed in the top section of the overview as chips.
5. Setting a default filter
You can set a created filter as the default filter, so that you don’t have to select a frequently used filter from your list of saved filters every time you open the menu Orders » Subscription. Every time you open the subscription UI, this filter will be automatically applied.
You can set a filter as a default filter directly when creating it as described in Saving the current filter or you can set the filter as default in the overview afterwards.
Click in the line of the saved filter on star_border Set as default. If you want to set another filter as a default filter, deactivate the currently selected default filter by clicking on star Do not use as default.
