Delivery notes
In PlentyONE. you can generate delivery notes as PDF files, for example if you want to print them or import them into another software. For your customers, delivery notes are an important document for checking their incoming items. Therefore, make sure that important data such as the order date, the list of items and the quantities are displayed correctly.
1. Setting up a document template for delivery notes
You can create delivery notes directly using the PlentyONE standard templates. If necessary, you can copy the standard template and adjust it for your needs.
1.1. Setting up document templates in DocumentBuilder
To set up document templates, you can use the DocumentBuilder (menu: Setup » Documents » DocumentBuilder). For more information on how to use DocumentBuilder, refer to the manual page DocumentBuilder.
2. Creating a single delivery note
In PlentyONE. you can manually create a single delivery note directly in the order.
Creating a single delivery note:

Go to Orders » Orders.
→ The order overview opens. -
Carry out the search (search) to display orders.

Open the order for which you want to generate a delivery note. Note that orders can only be opened in the list view.

Go to the Documents area.

At the top left, click on Create document (add).

Select the Delivery note document from the drop-down list.
→ The window Create document: Delivery note opens. -
Carry out the settings. Pay attention to the explanations given in Table 1.

Click on Create.
→ The delivery note is created and added to the Documents area.
Setting | Explanation |

Date |
Select the date that should be displayed on the delivery note. The present date is set by default. |
Warehouse |
Select a warehouse from the drop-down list to display only items delivered from this warehouse on the delivery note. Select ALL if all order items should be displayed even if they are delivered from different warehouses. |
Comment |
Optionally enter a comment that should be displayed on the delivery note below the order items. |
3. Generating multiple delivery notes
If you want to generate several delivery notes at once, use the search filters in the Orders » Orders menu to determine the orders for which delivery notes are to be generated.
Generating multiple delivery notes:

Go to Orders » Orders.
→ The order overview opens. -
Carry out the search (search) to display all orders, for which you want to generate delivery notes.

Select (check_box) the corresponding orders.

Click on the button with the three dots (more_vert) inside the toolbar and click on Create Document.
→ The window Create document: Delivery note opens. -
Carry out the settings. Pay attention to the explanations given in Table 1.

Click on Create.
