With Messenger, you can efficiently manage communication with your customers via email. The Messenger can be customized individually for marketplaces allowing you to manage all your channels from one centralized platform. Additionally, automations are available in Messenger, enabling you to streamline your processes and save time. With automations, you can, for example, send automatic replies on weekends, automatically add tags to conversations, and automatically archive messages. Other features such as the Whisper mode allow you to send messages that are only visible to users in your system and cannot be read by your contacts.
