Welcome to PlentyONE! Thank you for choosing us as your E-commerce management solution. This manual contains all the information you may need to get started on managing your E-commerce activities from within your personal PlentyONE system.

This larger section of the manual explains how to carry out the initial setup of a PlentyONE system. it is divided into the following subsections:

  • In the section System requirements, you’ll find out which specifications your hardware and internet connection must meet in order for you to use PlentyONE.

  • In the section Getting to know the menu structure, we’ll introduce you to the main menus of your PlentyONE system so that you can find your way around more quickly.

  • In the section Quick start, you’ll learn which settings need to be configured in your PlentyONE system so that you can start selling quickly. You can also use checklists for the most popular sales channels to check which settings are required to list your products on this channel.

  • In the section Customising your system, you’ll learn how to configure user-specific settings in your PlentyONE system and how to customise your system using MyView.

  • Finally, in the section Where can I get help?, you’ll find an overview of support and help functions in case you need assistance with your system.

The amount of features and supported marketplaces in PlentyONE make it a rather complex product. If this is your first time setting up a PlentyONE system we therefore recommend at least reading the Quick start section thoroughly.
