Whether you’re still in the infancy of your online store or already an old hand – sometimes we all reach a point where we don’t know how to proceed. But don’t worry! At PlentyONE, we offer various contact points that rapidly provide you with answers and a support team that will advice and assist you no matter the subject. Take a look which option is right for you.

Options vary depending on plan

Depending on the plan you have booked (Lite, Lite+, Expand, Scale, Ultimate), the availability of our support options may vary. For further information on the PlentyONE plans, take a look at this page.

1. Manual

Sorted by topic, here in our PlentyONE manual you will find detailed instructions and explanations on the functionalities of your PlentyONE system. In addition, you can expect valuable tips, video tutorials and practical examples on different use cases. Also use our manual search in order to find the appropriate page even faster. In case you didn’t find what you were looking for, do let us know via the feedback function. Either open it via the speech bubble (chat_bubble) at the top right or scroll down to very the end of the page. With your help, we can add further relevant information to the PlentyONE manual.

2. Developer documentation

Are you a developer and want to create a plugin for your PlentyONE system? In our developer documentation, you will find detailed information about our plugins, the interface, the PlentyONE shop and our REST API.

3. Service Desk and technical support

Do you have a specific concern and need individual advice? Then the Service Desk is your central contact point. Here you can get help from our support team and from the PlentyONE community.

  • Check the status page to see whether there are any current system issues.

  • Search the FAQ section for suitable solutions.

  • Exchange ideas with other users in the Community section.

  • Stay informed about new features or changes in the Changelog.

If you need further assistance, you can submit a ticket using the Submit a request button to receive targeted support from the relevant product team.
All Service Desk features and resources, including the chat bot, are included for all plans in the Standard version. If you require faster response times to tickets or extended support, additional services are available with the paid Elite and Signature upgrade plans.

4. Setup team

Chargeable; from Ultimate

The support of our setup team is chargeable and available exclusively with the Ultimate plan.

You started setting up your system and are now stuck? In this case, contact our setup team, which takes care of your requirements and sets up your system tailored to your needs. Together, you’ll find the right settings for your ideal system so you can get started soon.

5. Managed Services

Chargeable; from Ultimate

Managed Services are chargeable and available exclusively with the Ultimate plan.

Our Managed Services provide support with the operational and strategic management of your marketplace and marketing activities.

For marketplaces, the Managed Services team supports you in managing and optimising your marketplace presence. This includes improving listings and providing actionable, data-driven insights to help you successfully scale and develop your business.
Managed Services for Digital Marketing & Retail Media support you with the planning, implementation and optimisation of marketing campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Amazon and other marketplaces. The scope of services includes ongoing campaign management, continuous optimisation and structured reporting.

6. Partner network

Chargeable; all plans

The services provided by our partner agencies and our service and solution partners are chargeable and available for all plans.

Via our partner network, you can access external service providers who support you in implementing specific requirements.

Our certified partner agencies can assist you with tasks such as setting up and optimising PlentyONE, refining processes, and implementing individual projects.
Our Service & Solution partners offer additional services, including custom solutions, technical support, training, and the implementation of selected marketing campaigns.

7. Service hotline

Our service hotline is partially chargeable and available in all plans.
