idealo: Changing to the catalogue export
You already list your items on idealo and want to switch to the catalogue export? Here are some recommendations for the switch to the catalogue.

1. Requirements
In order to be able to create a catalogue for idealo, the idealo plugin version 3.3.41 has to be installed in your PlentyONE system. The idealo catalogue is only available from this version.
You can update the idealo plugin in the Plugins » Plugin set overview menu to the latest version.
You have not installed the idealo plugin yet? Then you can download it in the plentyMarketplace.
3. Check the marketplace data fields
Take a look at the catalogue to find out whether you need to create additional properties. Scroll through the catalogue and check the data fields for idealo. Can all data fields that should be transferred to idealo be assigned in the catalogue?
If not, create additional properties to map the data fields.

4. Mapping data fields in the catalogue
You created a catalogue and properties, if required. Great. Now, assign the marketplace data fields to the appropriate PlentyONE data fields.
5. Linking variations with additional properties
Now, link your variations with additional properties that you need for idealo. As described above, you have to at least export the mandatory fields to idealo.
6. Activating the catalogue
You have set up idealo in PlentyONE and created a catalogue for exporting your item data? Then start the export of your item data. To do so, activate the catalogues which should be exported to idealo in the Data » Catalogues menu.
Activating the catalogue export to idealo:

Go to Data » Catalogues.
→ The catalogues are listed. -
Scroll to the idealo catalogue.

In the Active column, move the toggle button to the right ().
→ The catalogue is active.
→ The catalogue data is exported to idealo once a day.
Tip: Go to Data » Catalogue export status for information about the status of the export.
