The sidebar

The sidebar contains a variety of useful features that simplify navigating and managing your PlentyONE system. It is always accessible at the right-hand edge of the interface.

Clicking on any of the icons in the sidebar will expand it and display the respective menu. You can find explanations of these different menus in Table 1.

Menu Explanation

search Search

The Search menu allows you to directly access specific menus and features in your system without having to manually find them in the navigation first. When you open this menu and enter a search query into the Search field at the top, the menus most relevant to your query are displayed. Alternatively, you can directly carry out a search in the PlentyONE user manual via this menu as well.

AI Assistant

In this menu you can access the AI Assistant. You can find a detailed explanation of the AI Assistant here.

checklist Tasks

Whenever certain kinds of background processes are carried out in your system (such as document exports), you can track their progress and access their results in this menu.

history Recently visited

In this menu you can jump to various kinds of elements in your system that you previously accessed during your current session. For example, you can use this menu to quickly switch between different items or variations you are editing concurrently.

notifications Notifications

Important system notifications and alerts can be accessed here at any time.

rss_feed What’s new

Here you can view the Product Updates feed and read about recent and upcoming changes to the PlentyONE platform.

palette Themes

In this menu you can customize the appearance of your PlentyONE system to your preferences. For example, you can switch between different color themes here.

help Help & Service

If you need additional help for setting up or using your PlentyONE system, then this menu offers you a variety of helpful options. For example, you can contact our support team, access the user manual or the developer documentation, or book a cousulting session with one of our PlentyONE experts.

account_circle Konto

When you click on your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar, an overview of the most important information associated with your PlentyONE user account is displayed. In this overview you can also access the My Account menu to make changes to your PlentyONE account. Additionally, the Current plan menu allows you to view details regarding your current plan and upgrade it at any time.
