Managing your sales channels
The Sales Channels menu contains a number of menus aimed at streamlining the setup and management workflows for the different sales channels supported by PlentyONE. This includes up to two centralised interfaces: the Channel Control Centre and the Accounts menu.
1. The Channel Control Centre
The Channel Control Centre is a centralised interface that allows you to set up and manage all sales channels supported by PlentyONE in a single menu.
You can find a detailed explanation of the basic functions of the Channel Control Centre here. If you want to know how to set up a specific marketplace in the Channel Control Centre, then you can find that information in the Marketplaces section of the manual.
| If you have already set up any sales channels in other parts of your system, then you now have the option to move them to the CCC. |
2. The Accounts menu
The Accounts menu is a previous sales channel management solution that supports the following sales channels:
If you previously set up accounts for any of these sales channels in the Accounts menu of your system, then this menu remains accessible to you. However, it is recommended that you move them to the CCC soon.
